At Deals Mirth Garb Store, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is £12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Baby Gifts & Toys: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby gifts and toys.
- Carnival & Party Costumes: These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped to you once the returned item is received and processed.
